1. The service
The Outer Lands provides an online experience that may include maps, lore, audio playback, product presentation, and links to third party checkout when enabled. Features may change, pause, or retire without notice where the law allows.
2. Eligibility
You represent that you are old enough to enter a binding agreement where you live and, where purchase flows exist, old enough to lawfully buy the goods offered.
3. Intellectual property
Text, visuals, audio assets, branding, and code composition shown on the site are protected by copyright and other rights held by their respective owners. You receive a limited, revocable license to view and interact for personal, non commercial enjoyment unless another agreement says otherwise. You may not scrape, mirror, or exploit the experience in bulk without permission.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to interfere with security or performance, not to attempt unauthorized access to systems or data, and not to use the site to harass, harm, or deceive others. Automated access that strains infrastructure is prohibited.
5. Purchases and third parties
When checkout is available, payments may be processed by Stripe and fulfillment may involve print on demand or other partners you configure. Those relationships are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. The site operator is not responsible for partner delays, stock, or manufacturing quality beyond what the law requires.
6. Disclaimers
The experience is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non infringement. Lore and world copy are fictional and not professional advice.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the site. Aggregate liability for direct damages shall not exceed the greater of one hundred US dollars or the amounts you paid through this site in the twelve months before the claim, if any.
8. Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify the operator against claims arising from your misuse of the site, your violation of these terms, or your violation of others' rights, except where prohibited by law.
9. Changes
These terms may be updated. The revised date at the top will change when material edits are made. Continued use after posting means you accept the updated terms.
10. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the site operator primarily resides, without regard to conflict of law rules. Courts in that state have exclusive jurisdiction, except where consumer protection law in your country requires otherwise.
